QC/Technical Support We have a dedicated quality control team directly reporting to the General Manager. The team includes engineers who work closely with our R&D staff and customers to determine the quality standard and inspection criteria. Quality inspectors are stationed at each stage to continuously monitor the production. Using statistic tools, they conduct management with the latest quality trend and corrective actions. For materials and components, we have incoming control to ensure their compliance. In-process quality control is to make sure the whole manufacturing process under control and according to procedures. Finally, our outgoing inspection will act on behalf of customers to assure the shipping products meet customers' requirement.
